Instawork is seeking a Trainer Intern to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As a Trainer Intern, you will play a pivotal role in training data collectors and ensuring the quality of video data used to train advanced AI and robotics systems.

In this position, you will alternate between leading training sessions and conducting thorough quality assurance audits. Your responsibilities will include conducting classroom-style onboarding for data collectors, simplifying complex guidelines into actionable steps, and performing real-time and post-recording audits to ensure full compliance with robotics training protocols. Additionally, you will maintain authority during training sessions, manage group dynamics, and ensure all collectors remain focused and disciplined.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a decisive mindset. You should be comfortable making firm pass/fail decisions and enforcing quality standards without hesitation. An analytical approach to identifying patterns in errors and suggesting programmatic solutions is essential. High stamina is required, as the role involves a six-day workweek with 10-hour shifts from 9 AM to 7 PM.
