TRAFFIC CONTROL FLAGGER – NEPTUNE & SURROUNDING AREAS ($15-$16)

As a Traffic Control Flagger at Example Corp, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of construction crews, drivers, and pedestrians in the Neptune and surrounding areas. Example Corp is a leading traffic control specialist in North America, committed to providing secure work zones and efficient traffic management.

Your primary responsibilities will include setting up safe work zones with appropriate equipment, communicating effectively with your partner to maintain safety, and controlling traffic flow using stop/slow paddles. Additionally, you will provide outstanding service and protection to customers, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed diligently.

Ideal candidates should be comfortable standing for 8-12 hours a day, lifting 40-45 lbs., and working in various weather conditions and traffic environments. A successful candidate must also be able to pass pre-employment screenings, including a drug test.

Compensation includes competitive pay with overtime opportunities, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, four guaranteed pay increases within the first two years, safety bonuses, and a $250 referral incentive. Full-time employees are eligible for healthcare benefits and a 401(k) plan after one year of service.
