Candidates should have a minimum of three years' experience in traditional media channels such as out-of-home (OOH), television, and radio, preferably with event or time-sensitive campaigns. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience is required. Proficiency in English is essential, and fluency in a second language such as Spanish, Italian, German, French, or Portuguese is advantageous. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in media planning and buying across non-Meta/Google channels, staying ahead of the evolving media landscape. A dynamic, proactive, and solution-focused approach, along with the ability to remain composed under tight deadlines, is crucial.
