Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with at least two years in technical support, IT, fintech, or customer-facing technical roles. Proficiency in CRM or ticketing systems, strong organizational skills, and the ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute are essential. The role requires a proactive approach to communication, comfort with remote work, and a commitment to delivering high-touch customer service.
