Trade Control/ Regulatory Counsel

Nebius, a leading AI cloud company headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, is seeking a Trade Control/Regulatory Counsel to join their legal team. This role is integral to ensuring the company's compliance with international trade regulations and export controls, supporting Nebius's global operations.

As a Trade Control/Regulatory Counsel, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Nebius's trade compliance policies and procedures. Your duties will include conducting risk assessments, providing guidance on export control matters, and ensuring adherence to relevant economic and trade sanctions laws across all jurisdictions where Nebius operates.

The ideal candidate will possess a law degree with a focus on international trade or regulatory compliance, along with substantial experience in trade compliance within a multinational corporation. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments are essential. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
