[TPM] Technical Product Manager (ML & LLM Domain)

Agoda is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of its Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Model (LLM) Operations platforms. This role is pivotal in shaping how teams across the company build, deploy, monitor, and scale ML and LLM applications, ensuring these platforms are optimized for experimentation and increasingly compatible with AI-assisted development.

The successful candidate will define and refine the product vision and roadmap for Agoda's ML and LLM Ops platforms. Responsibilities include identifying platform gaps, addressing scalability constraints, and driving the evolution of the platform to support AI-native development workflows. Collaboration with engineering teams is essential to balance platform scalability, performance, and technical debt, as well as to ensure capabilities support monitoring, evaluation, retraining, versioning, and observability of ML/LLM systems.

Applicants should have over five years of experience in ML engineering, data science, platform engineering, or related technical domains, along with at least two years in technical product or program management within fast-paced, high-scale environments. Proficiency in ML Ops and/or LLM Ops concepts, including model lifecycle management, evaluation, monitoring, versioning, and deployment pipelines, is required. Strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive, structured problem-solving mindset are also essential.

This position requires relocation to Bangkok, Thailand, with relocation support provided.
