Fever is seeking a Touring Production Manager to lead the on-the-ground execution of an outdoor Concert and Drone show across multiple European cities. This temporary full-time role spans late April through May and late July through September, focusing on delivering consistent, safe, and exceptional live experiences. The Touring Production Manager will oversee all aspects of onsite execution, ensuring alignment with Fever's quality standards and guest experience expectations.

Key responsibilities include advancing and pre-production tasks such as collaborating with the Lead Producer to coordinate with venues, production vendors, local authorities, and internal teams. The role involves reviewing technical drawings, site plans, and venue specifications to confirm feasibility and optimize execution. Additionally, the manager will build detailed production schedules covering load-in, technical rehearsals, show operations, and load-out, while planning staffing, trailer movement, and logistics tailored to each market.

Onsite, the Touring Production Manager will serve as the primary production lead, overseeing local vendors and operational components during all phases of the event. This includes supervising local crew and front-of-house teams, ensuring a positive and efficient on-site culture. The successful candidate will join a collaborative, creative, mission-driven team that values innovation, ownership, and excellence. This role directly impacts the quality, safety, and success of experiences seen by audiences across multiple cities.
