Tourenplaner (m/w/d)
As a Tourenplaner (m/w/d) at Eurofins Institut Jäger GmbH in Tübingen, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating sampling routes within the residential sector. This role involves close collaboration with clients and sampling personnel to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery. Your primary responsibilities include preparing data for sampling and route planning, maintaining regular communication with clients and samplers to meet all requirements, and adhering to quality management guidelines to ensure high standards in sampling procedures. You will also be tasked with proactive resource and capacity planning, identifying and implementing improvements in processes, and serving as the main point of contact for scheduling and routing of the sampling team.
The ideal candidate has successfully completed vocational training; career changers are also welcome. Experience in natural sciences, customer service, or route planning is advantageous. Strong communication and teamwork skills, a high level of commitment and quality awareness, entrepreneurial thinking, and proactive, goal-oriented action are essential. Proficiency in common office applications and a solid understanding of IT systems are required, along with good German language skills in both spoken and written form.
