As a TMS Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong collaborative relationships with brands, acting as their dedicated marketing consultant. You will leverage your analytical skills to develop and implement marketing strategies, focusing on brand performance. Your role involves providing strategic guidance on which marketing tools to use, setting communication targets for brand advertisements. You will manage the entire marketing consultation process, providing ongoing analysis and updates to brands while also reporting on post-sales communication. You will schedule meetings with these brands’ marketing contacts, company owners, and sometimes even CEOs, maintaining regular communication for their recurring meetings such as JBRs and QBRs.
Additionally, you will be responsible for driving growth in specific categories and collaborating with teams on category, legal, CRM, and product-related projects.
