TL - Microbiology

Eurofins is seeking a Team Lead in Microbiology to oversee microbiological testing operations within our food testing laboratory in Bengaluru, India. This role involves managing a dedicated team to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in food products, aligning with Eurofins' commitment to excellence in analytical testing services.

The Team Lead will be responsible for supervising microbiological testing procedures, managing production lines, and leading corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities. Key duties include developing and monitoring laboratory methods, overseeing ingredient testing, representing quality assurance during audits, and driving continuous improvements in laboratory efficiency and productivity.

Candidates must possess a graduate or postgraduate degree in Microbiology and have 5 to 7 years of experience in food testing microbiology. Essential skills include strong interpersonal and communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the capacity to work independently while coordinating multiple activities simultaneously.
