[Thu Duc] Customer Services Executive, Food Testing
Eurofins is seeking a Customer Services Executive for its Food Testing division in Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City. This role is integral to Eurofins, a global leader in food, environment, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic product testing, offering over 200,000 analytical methods across 59 countries. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality services and accurate results to clients.
The Customer Services Executive will be responsible for monitoring and expanding sales with existing customers, providing consultation and information related to regulations, drafting and signing contracts, and returning test analysis results while resolving any complaints. This position requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields, along with 3–5 years of relevant experience. Essential qualities include attention to detail, honesty, high responsibility, proactivity, and enthusiasm. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a good command of written and spoken English are required. Experience in food testing, food analysis, or quality control is preferred.
