[Thu Duc] Accountant Payable Intern - 6 months with Allowance

Eurofins is seeking an Accounts Payable Intern for a six-month term at our Thu Duc City location in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global leader specializing in food, environment, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic product testing. The intern will work closely with our finance team, contributing to various accounting processes and administrative tasks.

The primary responsibilities include supporting the Accounts Payable accountant by reviewing documents against the general ledger and saving scanned documents for our Cambodia entity. Additionally, the intern will apply and map invoices to purchase orders for our Singapore entity and file hard-copy documents for the Vietnam entity. Other administrative tasks may be assigned by the Finance Manager and Accounts Payable team as needed.

Candidates should be at least third-year students pursuing a degree in Finance or Accounting. Proficiency in reading and writing in English is essential. The position requires full-time availability, with a minimum commitment of three days per week from Monday to Friday.
