Eurofins Vietnam is seeking a Warehouse Management Staff specializing in chemicals to join our team in Thủ Đức, Ho Chi Minh City. As a global leader in laboratory services, Eurofins provides comprehensive testing and support across various industries, including food, environment, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. This role is integral to maintaining the efficiency and safety of our chemical storage operations.

The primary responsibilities include receiving and inspecting incoming chemicals for quantity, packaging integrity, and accompanying documentation such as MSDS and COA. The role also involves accurately recording and executing chemical dispatches, monitoring daily inventory levels, and organizing chemicals in compliance with Eurofins' safety standards. Additionally, the position requires operating and maintaining the Kanban system for consumable chemicals, generating regular inventory reports, adhering to chemical safety and fire prevention regulations, and collaborating with QA/QC teams during audits and inspections.

Candidates should possess a diploma or associate degree in Chemistry, Industrial Management, or Engineering. While prior experience is not mandatory, a basic understanding of chemicals or logistics is advantageous. Proficiency in Excel or warehouse management software is beneficial. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, honest, well-organized, and possess strong observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
