Test- en Integratiemanager
As a Test and Integration Manager at BESIX Unitec, you will lead the testing and integration strategies for technical infrastructure projects, such as tunnel control systems and bridge operations. BESIX Unitec is a leading technology partner in the infrastructure market, specializing in the installation and maintenance of energy and data networks, as well as Infra Automation. This role is based in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht, where you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to build the infrastructure of the future.
Your primary responsibilities include developing and managing test plans, specifications, and integration scripts for various testing phases, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), integrated FAT (iFAT), regression tests, and system tests. You will coordinate and oversee the entire test and integration process within multidisciplinary teams, organize and lead integration tests across different technical disciplines such as PLC, SCADA, networks, and electrical engineering, and document and analyze test results, deviations, and risks, translating them into concrete actions. Additionally, you will work according to structured test methodologies, applying standards like J-STD-016 and ISO 15288, and contribute to improving internal test and integration processes.
The ideal candidate holds a completed HBO or WO degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in test management and/or system integration within technical or infrastructural projects. Proficiency in test methodologies such as ISTQB, TMap, V-model, or equivalent is required, along with familiarity with FAT/SAT processes, technical documentation standards like J-STD-016, and integration of PLC/SCADA environments. Certifications such as ISTQB Foundation/Advanced or TMap NEXT are considered advantageous. Strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to distinguish between main and secondary issues are essential.
