Candidates should have at least 3 years of sales experience in a full-cycle closing role with field sales experience. Experience exceeding sales targets, selling a diverse ecosystem of products, and closing complex deals is essential. The ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, along with business development experience such as hunting and cold calling, is required. Since this is a field position, reliable transportation and residency in the market being served are necessary. A collaborative and team-player mentality, along with prior Salesforce experience or equivalent, is also expected.

Square offers a competitive compensation package for this role. The salary range varies depending on the geographic zone, with Zone A offering between $148,700 and $223,100, Zone B between $138,300 and $207,500, Zone C between $130,900 and $196,300, and Zone D between $123,400 and $185,200. These amounts include target variable compensation.
