Telemarketing Banking
a leading financial technology startup in Indonesia, is seeking a Telemarketing Banking professional to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with customers over the phone to verify data and promote our financial products, contributing to our mission of simplifying the online financial product application process.
As a Telemarketing Banking professional, your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls to customers for data verification, offering financial products via telephone, accurately completing application forms using our computer systems, ensuring all application data is complete, and promptly following up with customers who have registered.
The ideal candidate will be between 18 and 35 years old, possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate a strong desire to achieve targets. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written, is essential. While prior experience in telemarketing is advantageous, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates should be adept at using computers, quick learners, and capable of following instructions effectively. Applicants must not be currently enrolled in any educational programs and should be willing to be stationed in the Tomang area of West Jakarta.
