GEICO is seeking a Technology, AI and Innovation Attorney – Assistant General Counsel/Director to join its Law, Policy and Compliance department. This role focuses on providing legal guidance on technology and AI models, platforms, products, and initiatives, including those involving Agentic AI and other innovative technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of laws and regulations impacting technology, digital and AI initiatives, as well as consumer and data protection, and will be responsible for advising technology and product teams, compliance, legal colleagues, and stakeholders throughout the company.
