Eurofins CBM69 is seeking a full-time Laboratory Technician for its technical platform at Médipôle in Villeurbanne. Eurofins CBM69 operates across two departments, conducting over 2,000 analyses daily with a team of 170 professionals across 19 sites. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and skilled team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.

The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for performing biological analyses, including the reception and processing of samples, preparation, analysis, and technical validation. The role involves operating various automated systems in areas such as hematology, coagulation, immunology, biochemistry, serology, immunohematology, and molecular biology. Additional duties include managing sample dispatches to subcontracting laboratories, handling samples from healthcare facilities, and overseeing decentralized biology services within care units.

Candidates must hold a diploma qualifying them as a medical laboratory technician, as specified in the decree of October 21, 1992. Desired qualities include rigor, organizational skills, teamwork, strong interpersonal abilities, precision, autonomy, patient service orientation, adherence to procedures, and stress management. While experience in medical analysis laboratories is advantageous, beginners are welcome, with training provided upon arrival. Familiarity with the HEXALIS software is a plus.

The position offers an annualized schedule of 1,600 hours, with laboratory operating hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and weekends from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including occasional on-call duties until 11:00 PM. Schedules are organized in three-week cycles, with one weekend worked out of three.
