Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, instructional design, computer science, or a related field. Prior experience in delivering technical training, strong presentation and communication skills, and familiarity with adult learning principles are essential. Experience with eLearning tools, SaaS platforms, and government technology solutions is highly desirable, along with a talent for simplifying complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
