Technical Supervisor

Eurofins is seeking a Technical Supervisor to collaborate with factories in achieving desired product outcomes from the receipt of technical packs through to bulk production, ensuring style integrity is maintained. This role involves working closely with factory teams to implement techniques that align with buyer requirements, supporting Eurofins' commitment to delivering high-quality products across various industries.

Key responsibilities include reviewing size-set samples and providing guidance to factories, identifying and communicating any issues to customers at this stage. The Technical Supervisor will support factories in selecting appropriate fabrics and trims, attend pre-production meetings to offer technical expertise, and suggest process improvements to enhance product quality. Additionally, the role involves recording issues and solutions, obtaining customer approvals before implementation, and coordinating factory visits during sampling and production phases.

Candidates should possess a graduate degree and demonstrate strong writing and analytical skills. Essential qualifications include excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, effective communication and leadership skills, and knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
