Technical Sourcer, Engineering & AI

Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Technical Sourcer to join our rapidly growing team. This role focuses on identifying and engaging top engineering talent to support our expansion into new industries and geographies. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and engineering leadership to attract world-class engineers who can contribute to our mission of empowering public safety agencies through advanced data solutions.

In this position, you will be responsible for mapping talent markets, building targeted pipelines, and engaging with exceptional candidates in the engineering and AI sectors. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting deep research across platforms such as GitHub and technical communities, evaluating candidates' technical expertise through intake calls, and developing innovative sourcing strategies to uncover and attract top talent beyond traditional channels.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience sourcing top talent in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a natural curiosity and creativity in sourcing approaches. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools is also required to manage pipelines and maintain organized hiring workflows.

The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $169,000 annually, with additional benefits, equity options, and potential bonuses. Actual compensation will be influenced by factors such as skill set, level of experience, and specific work location.
