Technical Sourcer, Engineering & AI
Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Technical Sourcer to join our rapidly expanding team. As a company dedicated to assisting public safety organizations and various governmental and private-sector institutions, we leverage our AI-enabled platform to transform complex data into actionable intelligence. This role is pivotal in identifying and engaging top-tier engineering talent to support our mission and growth into new industries and geographies.
In this position, you will be responsible for mapping talent markets, building targeted pipelines, and engaging world-class engineers specializing in backend development, distributed systems, data infrastructure, and AI/ML. Collaborating closely with recruiting leadership, hiring managers, and engineering leaders, you will play a key role in bringing exceptional technical talent into Peregrine.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to authentically connect with candidates and represent Peregrine’s mission and culture. You should be skilled at evaluating candidates' technical expertise and motivations through intake calls and demonstrate a natural curiosity and creativity in sourcing strategies. A minimum of 5 years of experience sourcing top talent in fast-paced, high-growth environments is required, along with expertise in deep research across platforms like GitHub, technical communities, publications, open-source projects, and engineering networks.
The salary range for this position is $145,000 to $187,000 annually, complemented by benefits, equity (if applicable), and potential bonuses.
