Technical Solutions Engineer - NDO

Arista Networks is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team, focusing on providing post-sales technical support for our CloudVision platform. This role involves collaborating with a diverse group of engineers dedicated to ensuring customer success through innovative networking solutions.

Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone or email, resolving issues related to installation, operation, and maintenance, and troubleshooting hardware and software applications. The engineer will also recreate customer network issues in a lab environment and document communications to support product quality and development.

Candidates should have 1-5 years of experience in designing, deploying, configuring, and supporting network protocols and technologies. Expertise in network management platforms, DevOps platforms, APIs, scripting, containers, Linux, Ansible, and KVM is required. General knowledge of Ethernet, VLANs, IP routing, TCP/IP, and multicast protocols is preferred. Experience with server virtualization solutions and network troubleshooting tools is highly desired.

The base salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $150,000, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
