Technical Solutions Engineer - Cloud, Hyperscalers and AI networks
Arista Networks is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team, focusing on supporting our cloud, hyperscaler, and AI networking products. This role is integral to our commitment to customer success, providing direct access to top-level engineers who excel in solving complex problems. As a TSE, you will collaborate with a diverse, multicultural team dedicated to delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
In this position, you will be responsible for resolving customer concerns during the installation, operation, and maintenance of Arista products. Your day-to-day activities will include investigating complex hardware and software network issues, collaborating with sales, account teams, and development teams to provide comprehensive solutions. Additionally, you will document customer communications and recurring technical issues to support product quality and development programs.
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the networking industry, products, and protocols, with experience in data centers powering artificial intelligence being highly desirable. A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, debugging, and administering various network protocols and technologies is preferred. Proficiency with troubleshooting tools such as tcpdump and Wireshark, a strong comfort level with Linux, and familiarity with scripting languages like Python or Ansible are also advantageous.
Arista offers a competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $150,000, depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and work location. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and equity.
