Arista Networks is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team, supporting our diverse range of networking products and protocols. In this role, you will work directly with customers and collaborate closely with our software and hardware development teams to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving concerns related to product installation, operation, and maintenance, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. You will also document customer communications and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, debugging, and administering various network protocols and technologies. A strong comfort level with Linux is highly desired, and familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as C++, Java, Python, Perl, JavaScript, or shell scripting is a plus.
