Technical Solutions Engineer

Arista Networks is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team, providing top-tier support for our cutting-edge networking products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and operation of our solutions. As a Technical Solutions Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues encountered during installation and operation, and troubleshooting hardware and software problems. You will also document customer interactions and recurring technical issues to support product quality initiatives and development efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, with 4-8 years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, configuring, and supporting network protocols and technologies such as AAA/TACACS, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs. Proficiency with troubleshooting tools like Wireshark, a solid understanding of Linux, and familiarity with programming or scripting languages are highly desirable. A Master's degree in a technical field is preferred, along with relevant industry certifications.
