Technical Solutions Engineer
Arista Networks is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to join our Customer Engineering team. In this role, you will provide top-tier technical support, ensuring customer success by resolving complex issues and delivering exceptional service. You'll collaborate closely with software and hardware engineering, product management, and sales teams to address customer needs effectively.
Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and recommending corrective actions. You'll document customer communications and recurring technical problems to support product quality initiatives and development efforts.
The ideal candidate has 4-8 years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting network protocols and technologies such as BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and VLANs. A strong understanding of networking products and protocols is essential. A Master's degree in a technical field is preferred, along with industry certifications and prior technical support experience.
