As a Technical Solution Engineer specializing in interoperability at Doctolib, you will serve as the pivotal link between our platform and the German healthcare IT ecosystem. Your role involves managing connectors, the Telematics Infrastructure (TI 2.0), data exchanges with practice management systems, and handling complex integration scenarios. This position is integral to ensuring seamless integration and technical excellence in healthcare interoperability.

Your primary responsibilities include providing technical support for the German Telematics Infrastructure, addressing areas such as interface architecture, card management, and adherence to Gematik standards. You will oversee and troubleshoot Doctolib solutions during product onboarding, focusing on performance optimization, updates, and configurations. Additionally, you will resolve complex interoperability issues involving connectors and APIs, collaborating closely with IT service partners. Conducting thorough analyses of technical issues, documenting findings meticulously, and working with development teams to resolve errors via Jira are also key aspects of your role. Utilizing various AI tools to develop effective solutions and sharing knowledge proactively with internal teams to prevent technical challenges and enhance customer satisfaction are essential duties.

The ideal candidate possesses experience with complex IT infrastructures, networks, and security-critical systems, along with practical expertise in API integration and troubleshooting. The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences is crucial. Proficiency in German (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level) is required. While not mandatory, familiarity with the Telematics Infrastructure, Gematik standards, and other healthcare IT systems is advantageous. Experience with IT service partners, KIM+, eAU, and e-prescription workflows, as well as knowledge of observability tools like Kibana, Datadog, or Elasticsearch, is beneficial. A degree in computer science, medical informatics, or equivalent professional experience is welcomed but not essential.
