Technical Services Engineer (x/f/m)
The Technical Services Engineer at Doctolib plays a pivotal role within the Customer Care team, focusing on both onboarding new clients and supporting existing ones. This position is integral to ensuring that healthcare professionals experience seamless integration and optimal use of Doctolib's e-health solutions, thereby enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include providing second-level technical support within a three-tier support system, conducting in-depth analyses of product and infrastructure issues, and collaborating closely with development teams to resolve client problems promptly. The role also involves installing Doctolib products, deploying connection tools to third-party software, and ensuring smooth data exchange and interoperability between systems.
Candidates should possess a background in software engineering or computer science, with at least two years of experience in SLA-driven technical support roles. Proficiency in interpreting code in languages such as JavaScript and Ruby, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with Windows administration are essential. Excellent communication skills in both German and English are required, along with a solution-oriented and customer-first approach.
