Technical Recruiting Manager
Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Technical Recruiting Manager to lead the recruitment efforts for our rapidly expanding engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to source, assess, and hire exceptional technical candidates. Your day-to-day activities will include collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and building robust talent pipelines for various engineering roles. Additionally, you will oversee a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of hiring objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in technical recruiting, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity within a high-growth startup environment. A proven track record in sourcing and closing passive candidates, strong relationship management skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, particularly Greenhouse, is highly desirable. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
