Technical Project Manager
Monks is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery and evolution of enterprise applications that support internal operations across the organization. This role involves managing initiatives related to an in-house platform for project orchestration, time-tracking, and operational management, as well as other enterprise systems. The position is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders.
The Technical Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of enterprise application initiatives, including feature enhancements, integrations, and operational improvements. Responsibilities include defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria in alignment with business goals, managing the full project lifecycle from discovery and planning through delivery and post-implementation review, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure systems are aligned with business needs and global operational processes. The role also involves applying Agile and hybrid project management methodologies to deliver solutions iteratively and maintaining clear project documentation.
Candidates should have over four years of experience in project management, preferably in technology, enterprise applications, or digital product environments. Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams, including front-end and back-end developers, is essential. A strong background in managing projects involving enterprise systems, ERPs, or custom-built applications is required, along with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and modern software delivery practices. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across global teams, are also necessary.
