Technical Project Manager III

Mitratech is seeking a Technical Project Manager III to join our team focused on developing world-class products that streamline operations in Legal, Risk, Compliance, and HR functions. This role involves acting as both Scrum Master and Product Owner within the Scrum Team, collaborating closely with the product and development teams for our MBR product. The ideal candidate will have a passion for product design, development, and technical excellence.

Key responsibilities include leading projects from inception to completion, establishing timelines, prioritizing work, and managing partner expectations. The role requires facilitating productive discussions to establish requirements and consider design alternatives with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the Technical Project Manager III will write, groom, and prioritize user stories, clearly documenting requirements with a solid business understanding and strong attention to detail. Managing all Scrum team activities, driving process efficiency, guiding the delivery team, and defining and driving testing across all impacted teams are also essential duties.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in product, project, or program management, preferably in a web application-based product company. They should demonstrate experience with all listed responsibilities and be capable of executing them independently. The role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to client implementation without supervision. Proficiency with project management tools like the Atlassian Suite or Azure DevOps, strong analytical skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Agile Certified Professional and/or Certified Scrum Master certifications are preferred.
