Technical Program Manager (TPM) – SOX Compliance

CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and oversee Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance initiatives within the organization. As a TPM, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that CoreWeave's financial operations adhere to SOX regulations, thereby maintaining the integrity and reliability of our financial reporting processes. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, engineering, and operations, to implement and monitor compliance controls effectively.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive SOX compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and designing control frameworks to mitigate financial reporting risks. You will collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits, track remediation efforts, and ensure timely resolution of identified issues. Additionally, you will provide guidance and training to staff on SOX requirements and best practices, fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial compliance, with a deep understanding of SOX regulations and their application in a technology-driven environment. Proficiency in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments are essential. Experience in auditing, risk management, or internal controls within a cloud computing or SaaS company is highly desirable.
