Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Scale
CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Scale, to lead critical cross-functional initiatives that enhance the company's global operations. In this role, you will serve as a global process owner and program lead, overseeing projects ranging from onboarding and internal mobility to policy implementation and mergers and acquisitions. This position requires a consulting-style approach to identify and solve complex problems, develop structured recommendations, and drive execution across departments such as People, Talent, Legal, Finance, and Security.
Key responsibilities include acting as a global process owner for priority workflows, ensuring they are well-designed, documented, and continuously improved. You will map end-to-end processes to identify pain points and opportunities for simplification and automation. Collaboration with People Operations, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Benefits, and regional teams is essential to ensure practical implementation of processes. Additionally, you will build and maintain integrated project plans, manage dependencies, and use data to prioritize and measure the impact of changes.
The ideal candidate will have 5–8+ years of relevant experience, including management consulting, internal strategy, or business operations work with exposure to HR and People topics. Experience in in-house program or process ownership for global or multi-regional initiatives is also desired. A demonstrated track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs from problem framing to execution is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, quantitative analysis capabilities, and excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills are required. Experience in high-growth, global, or highly matrixed environments is preferred.
The base salary range for this role is $143,000 to $210,000, determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to base salary, the total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.
