Technical Program Manager
Accela is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to join our Cloud Engineering & Operations team. In this role, you will serve as the technical process owner for core Service Management areas, including Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity, and Vendor Management. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Cloud Operations, you will drive practices, tooling, and key performance indicators to ensure the reliability, performance, and efficiency of our SaaS offerings.
Your primary responsibilities will include defining and governing processes for Production Incident, Problem, and Change Management within public cloud environments such as Azure and AWS. You will maintain a portfolio of key technology vendors, oversee technology expenditures, and develop quality of service and execution metrics aligned with Accela's business objectives. Additionally, you will drive cross-functional SaaS transformation initiatives and develop cost models for cloud consumption based on service capacity needs.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of service management experience in SaaS or managed services environments. Mastery in developing reporting and metrics, excellent vendor management and negotiation skills, and strong finance and business acumen are essential. Experience with technical infrastructure, including cloud operating environments, and project management skills are also required. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills are critical for success in this role.
Accela offers a competitive annual base salary range of $160,000 to $199,000 for this full-time position. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual goal achievement.
