Doctolib is seeking a Technical Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Munich. In this role, you will support healthcare providers during the implementation of our practice management software, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal use of our products from day one. As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with various departments to enhance the customer journey and contribute to the digital transformation of healthcare services.

Your primary responsibilities will include proactive communication with medical practices and centers to assess technical requirements, conducting data migration processes to integrate client data into the Doctolib application, and providing technical support for complex issues during and shortly after onboarding. Additionally, you will implement our practice software along with other solutions such as the AI-based telephone assistant and appointment management system. Participation in cross-functional teams to analyze and improve customer care processes will also be a key aspect of your role.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills for engaging with users both on-site and remotely, a solid understanding of IT infrastructures, networks, and VPN configurations, and fluency in both German and English at a C1 level. Proficiency in JavaScript and Python programming, as well as experience with SQL databases, is essential. A high level of curiosity and motivation to work with our products, technical processes, and company transformations is highly valued. Experience with practice management systems (PVS/PMS) or electronic health record (EHR) systems, release management, software testing in SaaS environments, and familiarity with monitoring tools like Kibana, Datadog, or Elasticsearch are advantageous.
