As a Technical Onboarding Consultant at Doctolib, you will play a pivotal role in assisting healthcare providers, including medical practices and hospitals, with the seamless integration of our practice management software. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that clients can effectively utilize Doctolib's solutions from day one, thereby enhancing their operational efficiency and patient care services.
In this role, you will proactively communicate with users to assess and establish the technical prerequisites necessary for implementing Doctolib's products. Key tasks include migrating client data into the Doctolib application, providing technical support during and shortly after the onboarding process, and integrating our practice management software along with other solutions such as the AI-powered telephone assistant and appointment scheduling tools. Collaboration with sales, project teams, customer support, and development teams is essential to address and resolve any technical challenges that may arise.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills for engaging with users both in-person and through virtual meetings. A solid understanding of IT infrastructures, networks, and VPN configurations is required. Proficiency in JavaScript and Python programming, as well as experience with SQL databases, is highly desirable. Fluency in German and English at a C1 level is essential. A strong curiosity and motivation to work with our products, technical processes, and transformations within the healthcare sector are also important.
Doctolib offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 28 vacation days with an additional day for each full year of employment (up to 30 days), the opportunity to work up to 10 days per year from abroad, and a company-sponsored Germany ticket for public transportation. Additional perks include a company health insurance plan with excellent supplementary benefits, a company pension scheme with a 40% employer contribution (15% during the probation period), and the Doctolib Parent Care Program, which offers an extra month of parental leave, among other benefits. Employees also have access to free mental health and coaching sessions through an external partner, meal vouchers, and a subsidized sports program with our partner Urban Sports Club. For caregivers and employees with disabilities, we offer flexible working hours, additional leave for medical reasons, and psychological support.
