Technical Onboarding Consultant (x/f/m)
As a Technical Onboarding Consultant at Doctolib, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring healthcare providers seamlessly integrate our practice management solutions. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will guide medical practices and hospitals through the initial stages of adopting our products, including our AI-powered telephone assistant and appointment management systems. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare services from day one.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass installing and configuring our AI-driven telephone assistant for clients, migrating patient and appointment data from external systems into our software, and proactively communicating with medical practices and their IT departments to assess technical requirements and provide support throughout the onboarding process. Additionally, you will offer technical assistance to colleagues in teams such as Sales and Deployment on complex onboarding topics and system configurations, integrate our all-in-one practice software with existing management systems by setting up interfaces, and develop training programs or technical solutions to automate recurring processes as part of our Innovation Lab.
To excel in this role, you should possess experience in data processing using tools like Excel and have a foundational understanding of data management (e.g., SQL). Fluency in German (C1 level) and proficiency in English (B2 level) are essential. Familiarity with APIs, IT infrastructures, networks, VPNs, and their configurations is required. Strong communication skills for engaging with users via phone and online meetings, along with a keen attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and genuine curiosity about our products and technical processes in the healthcare sector, are highly valued.
