Strong communication skills are crucial for effectively interacting with users via phone and online meetings. A high level of attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a genuine curiosity about our products and technical processes in the healthcare sector are also important. Additional qualifications that are particularly valuable include programming experience in JavaScript and/or Python, familiarity with SQL databases, experience with patient management systems or electronic health record systems, and experience with SaaS solutions or the application of AI in daily work.
