Technical Ecosystem Lead (L1)

Hyphen Connect is seeking a Technical Ecosystem Lead to join its prominent Layer 1 blockchain team, focusing on expanding the global developer footprint. This role is pivotal in strategizing ecosystem growth and providing support to grant winners, contributing significantly to the platform's development and adoption.

The Technical Ecosystem Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand the blockchain ecosystem. Key duties include supporting and mentoring grant winners to ensure successful project outcomes, engaging with the developer community to foster growth and collaboration, organizing and participating in events and workshops to promote the blockchain platform, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align ecosystem goals with business objectives.

Candidates must possess a proven engineering background with relevant experience in blockchain technologies. Strong experience in Developer Relations (DevRel) or a similar field is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
