Responsibilities include designing, developing, and reviewing enterprise-scale solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents/CoPilot Studio), ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems and connectors. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, and driving the adoption and integration of Generative AI technologies within business applications.
Candidates should have over 12 years of progressive experience in application development, solution architecture, and technical consultancy, with significant expertise in Power Platform and full-stack development. Mandatory skills include hands-on experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents/CoPilot Studio, as well as proficiency in Angular,.NET, NodeJS, and other modern web technologies. A strong understanding of AI, LLM models, and Generative AI tools is essential, along with experience in database design, optimization, and integration, particularly with SQL Server and cloud databases. The role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to work across multiple time zones, and a flexible approach to learning new skills and technologies.
