This role involves ensuring successful client engagements and consistent client satisfaction in both production issue resolution and continual improvement tasks. The Technical Consultant will collaborate with a team of skilled individuals from diverse technical and professional backgrounds across multiple time zones, providing an excellent customer experience. This is a hybrid-based role located in Perth, Australia.

Key responsibilities include performing updates for the Elite 3E platform, providing technical consulting across various platforms, assisting with support, and offering application guidance to clients. The role also involves analyzing and resolving complex application and data integrity issues, documenting processes and procedures, preparing test cases, and performing QA testing on application enhancements. Staying current with application releases and being available for on-site visits as needed are also part of the role. Additionally, the Technical Consultant will mentor junior team members, serve as a point of contact for clients, build trusted relationships, ensure services are delivered according to service level agreements (SLAs), contribute to the team knowledge base, provide best practices guidance, and work with cross-functional teams to delegate work as needed.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, information systems, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in Legal Technology or Professional Services products and services. A minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing role is required. Preferred experience includes Elite 3E, Intapp, iManage, Aderant, NetDocuments, and/or experience in a law firm or legal services environment. Knowledge of SQL and Windows Operating System is preferred, along with intermediate experience with collaboration and project tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment are essential. Excellent interpersonal skills and the flexibility to adapt to change and develop new skill sets are also important.
