Technical Business Analyst

Eurofins is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to contribute to the migration, harmonization, and development of B2B data flows across Europe. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations on the B2B platform, ensuring robust, automated, and scalable data exchange across Eurofins systems. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business teams, software developers, infrastructure, and operations to deliver reliable and high-quality B2B workflows supporting the Eurofins NG ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include collecting, analyzing, and formalizing business and technical requirements for B2B integrations, translating needs into actionable user stories, and ensuring alignment with NG architecture and roadmap. The role also involves configuring, developing, and maintaining workflows on the INUBIT EDI platform, building data transformation logic using XSLT and INUBIT mapping tools, and implementing routing, validation, functional rules, and error-handling scenarios. Additionally, the analyst will coordinate with IT, business, infrastructure, and operations teams during all migration phases, drive the migration of existing local legacy B2B flows to the B2B platform, and assist in planning, prioritization, and delivery tracking in an Agile/Hybrid environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent, with experience as a Business Analyst, Integration Specialist, or B2B/EDI Developer. Essential skills include knowledge of EDI/B2B concepts, APIs, XML/JSON, and data transformation, as well as hands-on XSLT development experience (preferably XSLT 2.0/3.0). Strong communication, teamwork, and coordination skills are required, along with fluency in English (spoken and written).
