As a Technical Account Manager at Interface AI, you will be the primary technical liaison for our banking and credit union clients, ensuring their success from contract initiation through renewal. This role involves leading implementation workshops, aligning business needs with technical solutions, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive automation and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end implementation activities, conducting technical workshops, coordinating user acceptance testing, and monitoring post-go-live success. You will also handle technical escalations, translate non-technical stakeholder issues into actionable items for internal teams, and provide product feedback to influence roadmaps.

The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, such as Technical Account Manager or Solutions Engineer, with a background in complex SaaS implementations, preferably within the financial sector. Proficiency in conversational AI technologies, SQL, API workflows, and tools like Jira and Salesforce is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage technical issues related to platform performance are also required.
