Technical Account Manager
Arista Networks is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our technical clients, providing commercial support, and ensuring customer success with Arista's solutions. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional technical and account management services.
As a Technical Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and aligning them with Arista's solutions. You will provide technical guidance, oversee the implementation of our products, and ensure that clients derive maximum value from our offerings. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any issues and drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, with experience in data center, campus, and Wi-Fi networking technologies. Proficiency in account management and sales is essential, along with excellent people skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels. Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written, is required. Previous experience in selling networking solutions and technical acumen in areas such as SDN, NFV, switching, network automation, routing, data center, edge computing, network virtualization, hyper-converged infrastructure, or cloud computing is highly desirable.
