Technical Account Manager

AlertMedia is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their Customer Success team. This role operates within the Technical Solutions team, serving as a liaison between Customer Success, Development, and Product departments. The primary focus is to consult with Customer Success Managers and customers on technical integrations, import configurations, troubleshooting, and ongoing support, while also driving internal process improvements and product feedback.
