As Team Leader of Sample Reception & Registration at Eurofins Lab Zeeuws-Vlaanderen in Graauw, you will oversee the intake and registration of incoming samples, ensuring the laboratory operates efficiently each day. This role demands precision, organizational skills, and leadership to support your team, foster collaboration, and encourage autonomy. You will coach, connect, and create a safe working environment where everyone can thrive.
Your primary responsibilities include improving processes, coaching and developing your team, and contributing to the safety of food, animal feed, and water in the Netherlands. You will work closely with a dedicated team of experienced leaders to achieve these goals.
We are seeking candidates with a higher professional education (HBO) level and experience in a leadership role. Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (level B2), excellent project and time management abilities, organizational sensitivity, adaptability, and a transparent decision-making approach that motivates the team are essential. We reserve the right to externally assess competencies, skills, and qualifications.
We offer a one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position, a salary between €3,139 and €4,484 per month (based on 40 hours), 25 vacation days with the option to purchase additional leave, full reimbursement of public transport costs or mileage allowance for car use, a pension scheme with flexibility to work less without losing accrual, a profit-sharing scheme, and an individual choice budget (including vacation pay, extra leave, and tax benefits).
