Key responsibilities include overseeing practice support and executive assistant services, translating role expectations into clear team standards, and acting as the primary escalation point for service issues. The manager will ensure effective support in areas such as diary management, document production, client and matter support, travel arrangements, billing support, and event coordination. Monitoring service delivery across multiple offices and time zones, proactively identifying risks, and maintaining strong relationships with lawyers and stakeholders are also essential aspects of the role.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in a multinational organization, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment, with a proven track record in team leadership and service delivery. Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure. Excellent communication skills in English are required, and proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.
