Team Manager - Customer Solutions Team
ClearScore Technology Limited is seeking a Team Manager to lead our Customer Solutions Hub in Manchester. This role offers a unique opportunity to guide a team of dedicated Customer Solutions Experts who are transforming the financial wellbeing journey for our users. As part of our dynamic and growing company, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences and driving team performance.
In this position, you will lead, coach, and support your team to exceed sales and service KPIs. Your responsibilities include monitoring daily performance metrics, conducting regular one-on-one meetings, and providing constructive feedback to foster professional growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll work to optimize tools, processes, and the overall customer journey, ensuring operational excellence and outstanding user experiences.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing or supervising sales or service teams, preferably within financial services or a contact center environment. Strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales performance management, and a commitment to customer service excellence are essential. Additionally, excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making abilities are required to thrive in our fast-paced, scale-up environment.
We offer a competitive compensation package with an on-target earnings (OTE) of £55,000 to £65,000, comprising a base salary of up to £40,000 plus bonuses.
