Team Leader AP (Accounts Payable)
The Team Leader AP (Accounts Payable) at Eurofins is responsible for managing the accounts payable team to ensure service delivery aligns with relevant Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards. This role involves monitoring and reporting team and process performance against agreed objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing coaching, conducting performance reviews, and actively participating in employee development strategies. The Team Leader is also tasked with identifying process inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement projects within the team.
Key responsibilities include managing the accounts payable team to ensure service delivery in accordance with SLAs and quality standards, monitoring and reporting team and process performance against objectives and KPIs, providing coaching and conducting performance reviews, identifying inefficiencies and driving process improvement projects, implementing a culture of continuous improvement, cooperating with various Eurofins departments and stakeholders, creating a friendly working environment to attract and retain talent, and supporting transition projects and other business requirements.
The ideal candidate should have experience in managing teams within a BPO/SSC environment, preferably in the accounts payable area, experience in managing performance against SLAs, experience in managing relationships with internal or external customers, openness to change with a continuous improvement mindset, proactive problem-solving abilities, flexibility to balance various tasks and priorities, fluent English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills, a high level of energy, drive, and passion, a master’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent, and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (AX) is considered an asset.
